ORDERING
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible
- due to the unique nature of many items we only
hold a limited stock. Average processing time
(from receiving the order to despatching it) is
7-9 days. Occasionally accessories and bolt-on
products become discontinued or may be out of
stock for longer than 1 week - if there are any
delays or problems with your order we will contact
you as soon as possible. We reserve the right
to substitute an identitcal product of equal or
greater value/quality than that displayed on the
website.

SECURITY
We take security very seriously,
which is why we are now using online credit card
processing facilities provided by LWD
Internet and WorldPay.
WorldPay are Europe's leading payment service provider.
They are processing for companies such as John
Lewis, Disney, Sage and Vodafone. WorldPay have
impeccable fraud prevention capabilities and as
such are master merchants for Visa and MasterCard.
Our WorldPay facilities are fully secure and use
a range of industry standard and WorldPay unique
security and fraud prevention systems. The WorldPay
network uses 2048-bit encryption, with full 128-bit
encryption between the browser and the WorldPay
network. WorldPay systems are regularly inspected
by the major banks to ensure that system integrity
and security are maintained to the highest standards.
The WorldPay processing centre is securely linked
to many processing banks worldwide, who handle
the credit card authorisations online and process
the transactions in real time. The WorldPay servers
are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate
Authority. Thawte will only issue Digital Certificates
to those servers which meet stringent security
requirements. The WorldPay servers meet and exceed
these requirements.
It is now known that Internet transactions through
systems such as WorldPays are inherently more
secure than other methods of making purchases
in 'cardholder not present' situations such as
telesales, or when giving a card to a waiter in
a restaurant.
Your online purchase from us will take place in
real time, and we will never see your credit card
details. You can have confidence that our online
purchasing facilities are secure and safe to use.
RETURNS
& REFUNDS
Legal compliance
This Morgan Race Products Ltd returns and refunds
policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling
Directive which came into force in October 2000
and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law
applies to all transactions within the UK where
a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts
between businesses are not governed by these regulations.
Your rights as a consumer
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.

Refunds due to cancellation
Should you cancel your purchase with this 7 day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full. If you paid by credit or debit card from this website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period.
Returns and refunds outside the 7 day cooling
off period
Refunds for unwanted goods will only be made where
the goods are returned unused, unopened and in
re-saleable condition. Unwanted goods must be
returned to us within 7 days of delivery.This
includes all accessories and Race Replica kits
that have not been customised.
Custom and bespoke items made-to-order cannot be
returned unless the items have not been produced
in accordance with the customer's specifications,
or the products are not of merchantable quality.
Please take care when ordering custom items and
ensure that measurements/colours are correct before
placing your order, although we will now check
your order and contact you before payment is made.
Returning unwanted goods
Unwanted goods should be returned within 7 days
of delivery. You should post them, unopened and
undamaged, toMorgan Race Products Ltd, 105 Sherbrook
Rd, Daybrook, Nottingham, NG5 6AR.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged
during transit. You are advised to wrap the product
carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised
to return goods by recorded delivery, registered
post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not
be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember
to give us your name and address, and a copy of
your purchase receipt.
Refunds for unwanted goods
Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unopened and resaleable condition within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.

Credit & Debit Card Payments
We allow you to purchase services from us by credit card. To ensure absolute security and privacy, we entrust credit card transactions to WorldPay, one of the worlds leading credit card payment solutions providers. Customers may supply credit card numbers by other means, and the transactions will be handled by WorldPay Ltd. Your credit card details will not be retained by us following the transaction.
